1. Wholesale MOQ Policy
R B Trading operates strictly on a Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale trade model. The Minimum Order
Quantity (MOQ) for shipping dispatches is strictly 6,000 pieces (1 Master Carton lot).
Inquiries for retail quantities (single pieces or individual packets) will not be entertained.
2. Regional Distribution Scope
Our official authorization from Precious Writing Instruments covers wholesale distribution, supply, and
trading dispatches exclusively inside the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
3. Pricing Structure
Pricing indexes printed on catalog packs denote Maximum Retail Prices (MRP). Wholesale trade prices, cash
discounts, and volume-based rebates are negotiated on a per-order basis and confirmed in writing on the
invoice.
4. Custom Printing & Branding
Commercial orders requesting corporate branding (logo/name screen printing on the pen barrel) require a
prior non-refundable deposit. Custom print schedules typically add 3 to 5 business days
to standard dispatch lead times.

1. Dispatch Timelines
Standard wholesale orders for existing models (Turtle, Prime, Prizm, Xpress, etc.) are processed and
handed over to approved transport logistics within 24 to 48 business hours following
order confirmation.
2. Packaging & Transit Safety
To guarantee zero ink leakage and tip damage during transit:
- Individual pouches/boxes are bundled into heavy-gauge inner cartons.
- Cartons are packed in 7-ply export-grade corrugated Master Cartons with moisture-proof strapping.
3. Regional Transport Carriers
We partner with leading regional road logistics carriers across Telangana and Andhra
Pradesh (VRL, Navata, BMPS, Kranti, Orange Cargo, APSRTC/TSRTC Cargo, and private lorry
transport). Transport LR (Lorry Receipt) / consignment numbers are
shared immediately on WhatsApp upon booking.
4. Freight & Delivery Terms
Freight charges may be To-Pay or Pre-paid depending on agreed wholesale carton volumes and contract
terms.

2. Transit Damage & Defect Reporting
- Upon receiving cartons at your transport godown or retail store, please inspect external carton seal
integrity.
- Any shortage or manufacturing defect must be reported via WhatsApp (+91 94938 39977) with
photos/videos within 7 days of delivery.
3. Resolution & Replacement
Verified manufacturing defects or transit damages are promptly resolved through free replacement
in your next consignment or a credit note adjustment against your ledger account.
